Do you deliver across Egypt?

Yes, we deliver to all 27 governorates across Egypt.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your governorate.

How much is shipping?

Shipping ranges from 80 to 130 EGP depending on your governorate, and the exact amount is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

The shipping company sends you a tracking link, and it is also sent to your email.

How can I pay?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay when your order arrives.

Do I pay before the order arrives?

No. With Cash on Delivery you pay only when the order reaches you, and you can inspect it before paying.

Do you offer online or card payment?

Currently we offer Cash on Delivery only.

How do I place an order?

Add the products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details, and confirm your order. No account is needed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel before your order ships. After it ships, cancelling means you will need to cover the shipping fees.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Since you can inspect your order before paying, returns are not accepted once you have accepted and paid for the delivery. If you would rather not keep it, you can refuse the package on delivery and only pay the shipping fee.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We check with the shipping company, and if the item was genuinely shipped damaged or incorrect, we send you the correct item with no extra shipping fee.

It depends on the line — the gel air fresheners last for weeks, while the natural coconut coir freshener lasts 30–60 days.
