For a regular return, the product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with its original packaging and accessories where applicable. Refunds are approved only after VORCAR receives and inspects the returned product, and approved refunds are normally processed within 3-7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are currently issued by InstaPay bank transfer or electronic wallet transfer. For an exchange request or a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us so we can review the case under the policy and applicable consumer protection rules.
